Rotarians donate their time every year to support the Mill Neck Manor’s Fall Harvest Festival. The Festival annually brings the best of the autumn season to Long Island, making a trip to the beautiful Mill Neck campus over Columbus Day weekend irresistible. This year’s Festival, held on October 11 and 12 from 9 am to 5 pm, promises to be better than ever, with the return of ripe apples, handmade country crafts, seasonable produce, grilled bratwurst, children’s activities and much more.
Located on the grounds of a historic Gold Coast estate, between Oyster Bay and Bayville, the Festival, also known as the Apple Fest, has it all. Visitors enjoy a wide variety of apples and opportunities to learn about the Deaf, the Mill Neck Family of Organizations and its services.
Every year Oyster Bay Rotary donates dictionaries to the 3rd grade students of Oyster Bay's Vernon School, St. Dominic's School, and the Mill Neck School for the Deaf.
The Oyster Bay community can be proud of itself for coming out to support the second Relay for Life event, held on Friday, June 6 from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on the grounds of the Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School. The evening was devoted to raising money to find a cure for cancer, as well as to celebrate the survivors, thank the caregivers and to give courage to those fighting the disease. The money raised will be used for research and services provided by the American Cancer Society to those fighting the disease.

The 27th Anniversary Oyster Festival, sponsored by the Oyster Bay Rotary Club, is one of the East Coast's largest annual waterfront festivals. A major fund-raising event for local charities, the celebration returns to Long Island's north shore October 16-17, 2010 for its 25th year delivering its trademark mixture of new activities and fabulous food. Now THAT’S entertainment!
Interact membes at Oyster Bay east Norwich High School enjoy the service aspect the Club offers.

The Rotary Club of Oyster Bay sponsored twenty-one students from Oyster Bay High School and St. Dominic’s High School in the 6th Annual Young Professionals Chamber of Commerce Business Competition, held at Farmingdale State University on December 3, 2008. The competition consisted of 180 students from 10 school districts across Long Island, and this is the first year Oyster Bay and St. Dom’s participated. Students were asked to present a three minute solution to a case study, followed by questions by a pair of judges. The students, in team of two, had to choose from the categories of sports marketing, sports management, fashion design, advertising, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, real estate, or health care. Rotarians Jim Werner and Ted Togensen helped organize the event with Sara Anderson from Oyster Bay and Steve Beovich from St. Dom’s. Rotary’s sponsorship of this event was made possible from funds raised at the Oyster Festival and exhibits Rotary’s continued commitment to the Oyster Bay Community.

Many of these programs are reoccurring program, but Rotary has also been developing new programs that will thrive over the next year:
